the photographs
All photographs are custom quality prints, each hand done by PROLAB in Seattle Washington, a professional color lab. Images are printed directly from the original transparency with no interneg on Fugichrome Professional Paper. Film used is Agfachrome RSX-100 and RSX-200. No color filters or digital manipulation are employed.
limited editions
Unlike other 'limited' printings which may number 500, 1000 or more, there is a maximum of 50 or 100 signed and numbered photographs per image. Signature, date and number can be found on the lower left corner of the print. Note: 5" x 7" are NOT signed or numbered. All pieces are signed on the mat.
fade protection
All photographs are coated with a semi-gloss laminate. Overlamination is an optically clear adhesive covering applied to protect the image from fading, moisture and dirt. Semi-gloss reduces surface reflection without reducing color intensity or image sharpness. Still, as with any artwork, it is not recommended that the photograph be placed where there is abundant, direct sunlight.

lenses: tamron SP AF35-105mm F/2.8 aspherical, tamron AF200-400mm F/5.6 LD, tamron 35-135mm F/3.5-4.5, tamron SP AF90mm F/2.8 macro 1:1, canon FD 28mm F/2.8, canon FD 35-105mm F/3.5-4.5, canon FD 50mm F/1.4, canon FD 100mm F/2.8, canon FD 100-200mm F/5.6.
other stuff: polarizers, bogen and silk tripods.
film: agfachrome professional RSXII 100 and RSXII 200.
not used: color filters, digital manipulation.
matting & framing
Mats are white. Frames: Nielsen aluminum frames (silver, frosted silver, walnut, contrast grey, black). Glass: grade "A" float (picture glass). Photographs are matted and framed as follows:
5" x 7" photo - 8" x 10" mat/frame
7" x 10" photo - 12" x 16" mat/frame
10" x 14" photo - 16" x 20" mat/frame
20" x 30" photo - 22" x 32" mat/frame
Mats and frames may be cut to your specifications. Extra charges may apply.
the wait
If the image is in stock in the size you want, 7 to 10 days. If it is not in stock, 3 to 4 weeks.
delivery
Photographs are shipped via first class priority mail, insured. Out of country orders are shipped surface or air mail. Air mail is strongly recommended.
payment
Payment must accompany your order. Your check is welcomed, plastic is fine, too. We take American Express, Optima, MasterCard and Visa. Always include your telephone number. For credit card orders, we need name as it appears on the card, card number and expiration date.
